there is a difficulty with getting community builder in joomla properly setting og: information so that proper information is set for a clean sharing of a post. I noticed your product when i came in and bought backup.. does SocialMagick solve this difficulty in community builder or just within the joomla environment itself?

No, it cannot pull data from Community Builder.
To create OpenGraph data we need to somehow get the relevant information. Since there is no standardised Joomla way to do that, we have to create our own plugins for each supported extension. CB does not seem to provide a way to retrieve that information. Therefore, no such plugin can be written. As a result, the only information we would get would be the Joomla page title and description, if it's set by CB (I am not sure it does), which doesn't help you anyway.
