	This plugin is NOT availabe in Akeeba Ticket System Core.

This plugin is used by the Professional version of our software to make it possible to download updates even when Joomla's extensions updater has "forgotten" the Download ID. This can happen, for example, if you use the Rebuild button in Joomla's Update Sites page.

This plugin is only required for the Professional version of our software and only on Joomla 3.
