In Admin Tools, I settled as white IP my own IP address!

Now, my provider changed my own IP address.

Thus, I can't access the backend of my Sites!

 

How to unblock?

Hello,

please manually disable Admin Tools as explained here: https://www.akeeba.com/documentation/admin-tools-joomla/web-application-firewall.html#help-locked-out

Then you can update your settings with your new IP address.
