Hi

I have just checked what a site manager has just informed me. It is not possible to assign administrator status to a member, even as superadministrator, unless I deactivate admintools

How can I authorize this change of status?

You probably need to disable “Disabled editing backend users' properties”.

See https://www.akeeba.com/documentation/admin-tools-joomla/web-application-firewall.html#waf-configure-joomla-hardening.

Hi

Ok thank you for these answers. I took this opportunity to send the screenshot because it was not exactly the same title and at one point I had to modify another parameter.
Are these current & correct settings?

I got no screenshot. There is also no way to answer your question. If there was a singular way to answer “are these the correct settings” then it would've been turned into code that runs on your site and there would be no settings to begin with.
