#40076 My Dedicated IP has been changed

My internet provider has changed my dedicated IP and I am no longer able to access my websites admin.  I have my sites admin only available to my dedicated IP and also with a password protection.

How can I cha nge the stored dedicated IP if I don't have access to the site admin.

I have the same error in both Joomla and WordPress websites.

I do have full access to server file manager and phpMyAdmin.

simply manually disable Admin Tools plugin to get access to your website again, edit your IP then enable it again.
