I assume that by "license" you are referring to the Download ID. It would appear that you have installed Akeeba Backup CORE which, indeed, does not have a field to enter the Download ID as it lacks the additional features which are only found in Akeeba Backup Professional for WordPress.

You need to first install Akeeba Backup Professional for WordPress. Then go to Akeeba Backup in your wp-admin sidebar and follow the instructions there to enter the Download ID.
