Hello we just renewed subscription of Akeeba Backup pro and Admin  tools, but only admintools appear in subscriptions list. Can you please check this

According to our records you have only renewed your ATPRO subscription. I can see a failed payment for AKEEBAPRO coming from the same four last digits of a VISA card (0962) about 8 minutes before the successful ATPRO payment. That's all the information I have access to (card type, four last digits of your card, subscription type, date/time, amount). Can you please check with your bank about the AKEEBAPRO payment? They should tell you that this transaction wasn't completed.

Okay thanks, I have checked transactions at my bank, you're right payment didn't go thru. Thanks I will a ne order.
