Hi, I am trying to renew my subscription, but am getting the following error:

Your payment is pending processing

You have already made a payment for this product on Thu, September 12th, 2019 11:29 BST. It is currently being processed by our reseller, Paddle...

I have made payments since that date, so am not sure why I am getting this error.

Hello Lou,

When we imported the data from the old payment system there was an old duplicate payment from 2019. I have now cleared the message so you can purchase a renewal.
