Hello,

I have a huge site (videos inside) and I have to send it to OVH (customer 's host server)
so : I send after backup the file (post processing engine)

The file is 16 GO on server, but the one in OVH (remote server) is only 3GO

I did not have any error message.

Is it normal ?

EXTREMELY IMPORTANT
: Please attach a ZIP file containing your Akeeba Backup log file in order for us to help you with any backup or restoration issue. If the file is over 10MiB, please upload it on your server and post a link to it.

Akeeba Staff

Hello,

looking at the log, the transfer process errors out while performing the transfer. Usually this happens because it reaches a timeout.

Please set a part size of 500Mb and try again. More archives will be produced, but they will be transferred faster, avoiding the timeout.

If you keep having errors, please lower the part size to 200Mb and try again.
