Hello,

I have a problem saving to an external server. I configured Upload to remote FTP server but when I test the connection to the server, I get this message: Akeeba Backup was able to connect to your server, but it could not upload a test file. Backup upload could fail.
Indeed, the .jpa is not sent to the external server when I run a backup.

The post-save message is : Post-processing interrupted -- no more files will be transferred

Note: I have exactly the same configuration on another o2switch server and the backups are sent to the external server

Thanks for your help

The problem comes from the remote site. We could connect to it, but we could not upload any files to it.

Have you enabled passive mode? If not, enable it. Web servers usually do not support active mode (what happens if you do not select passive mode).

Beyond that, it is possible that the server lets you log in and see the listing of a folder, but not give you write permissions. Ask the FTP server administrator to verify that the user you are using has write access to the folder you are trying to use.
