Hi,

I have recently created 4 new sites utilising backup and kickstart in FTP. I had a problem with one which you suggested the error and I fixed that so 4 sights working great.

As of yesterday I attempted to create a new backup of bluetongue1 and use that with Kickstart.

The site loaded OK however when I pressed Cleanup no backend link appeared (See attached). On clicking front end site throw a new error as attached. So I could log into the back end but the front end was broken.

I then attempted a new crackup and notice the backup kept getting errors which Akeeba again the process and eventually the backup was completed however same problem when I tried to create the new site on the new hosting.

So I tried to create a clean backup on several sites and the same problem with the backup continued.

I read your forums and ran a config wizard and some of the other suggestions in PHP and contacted the hosting company. They can see the I/O is over loading when I run backup.

This has never happened before. I have been with Ventra IP for a decade and used Akeeba for a decade.

See attached logs please.

Hi again,

Sorry for the bad spelling last message.

I have since fixed the problem with the Backup pausing on all sites. It was server side permissions reset.

The problem with the new site from a new backup and kickstart is still occurring at smokingceremony.com.au.

I can log in backend but the front end throws the T4 error and Menus, Media and template styles also throw an error

If I turn the site off in Global Config the site down for maintenance shows but when I turn it on the error message shows again.

In Cpanel file manager I can see all the images however in Joomla the images are not loading with - Property 'mime_type' of argument 'item' of event onFetchMediaItems has a wrong item. Valid: string

The error from the first screenshot says that the PHP DOM extension is not enabled on your server, but your template's framework (JoomlArt T4) requires it. You need to enable this on your server.

Regarding any other T4 error, you need to contact JoomlArt. It either needs additional PHP extensions, or you may have to tell the template to regenerate its cache.

Thank you for that. I checked the DOM in PHP and it is selected as on. So I have escalated this with my server.

I performed a PHP File Change check with Admin Tools and receive a 5000 warning. And this is consistent across the sites. Maybe I have transferred this with each now site?

I have attached 2 cvs of two sites scan results. Anything to be worried about here?

I don't know what "a 5000 warning" is supposed to mean. There is no such thing in Admin Tools.

The CSV is pretty useless to me. The reason why is explained in the documentation: I have no idea if this is the first scan, or a subsequent scan. I can't know if you have marked files as safe or not. Since you just transferred a site you know is safe, run a scan, mark everything as safe, follow the documentation instructions on running and interpreting scan results.

all sites have since settled down. The hosting company performed a PHP reset.

They have a copy of the Akeeba reports as well.
