I've tried to do a backup again after successfully doing it with Amazon S3, but it's not working again. I can't see the files in my Amazon S3 account and I haven't cahnged any settings.

Hello,

can you please attach the log of a backup that did not upload the files to S3?

Hello,

can you please apply a part size of 100Mb to your archives, and then try again? I suspect they're simply too big and the connection times out, this is why you're not getting the files on your S3 account.

Please double check. I just used Kickstart and I was able to list the contents of your bucket and there truly is the backup I took this morning (see attachment).

I think there's something wrong in the way you're browsing Amazon S3

Hello,

You are right! Sorry I was expecting the backups to appear at the top, but actually they are down the bottom. The dancing inside out one, seems to be separating the back-up, how do I make it just one back up?

See attached.

Thank you!

Change the part size and increase it as explained before.
