Were you actually talking about 10.0.4 and 10.0.5?
When talking about version numbers, the convention established since the late 1970s is major.minor.patch (10.0.4), major.minor (10.0), or major (10). If you give me a single number, it's always understood to be the major version.
Giving me just the patch number without any other information to go by, in a message that was most definitely not shown to you as you gave it to me, causes great confusion.
Akeeba Backup 10.0.4 was released on July 4th, 2025 for Joomla 4.4 up to 5.3 and PHP 7.4 to 8.4.
Akeeba Backup 4 was released eleven years ago in September 2014 for Joomla 2.5 up to 3.4 and PHP 5.3 to 5.6.
Akeeba Backup 5 was released nine years ago in May 2016 for Joomla 3.3 up to 3.5 and PHP 5.4 to 7.0.
Once you told me that you're waiting for the next update I finally understood that you meant to say 10.0.4 and 10.0.5 which are very, very different version numbers. Last Thursday I had to reset the CDN cache because it was not serving an update source listing 10.0.5. Obviously, you sent me a ticket about an issue that had happened to you a few days before. Now it makes sense.
Next time, please give me version numbers in the convention used by literally everyone in the past 50 years. It's important for me to understand what you're talking about.
