I get this error on the Extensions Update Page:
Update: Could not open update site #26 "Akeeba Panopticon Connector for Joomla! 4 and later", URL: https://akeeba-cdn.s3.amazonaws.com/updates/pkg_panopticon.xml

That update site is no longer valid. We moved everything away from Amazon S3.
The new update site is https://cdn.akeeba.com/updates/pkg_panopticon.xml
We have not released an update to the connector yet. When a new is released it will set up the new update site.

I'm currently installing Panopticon on a lot of sites. Can I simply enter the update server in the pkg_panopticon.xml file?

Yes, this is the right way to do it, the exact change I am making, and it will work in the future.
The cdn.akeeba.com subdomain has always been a CNAME to whichever CDN provider we're using. Right now, we're using Bunny.net. They are an EU company, they are much faster, and they are way cheaper.
