We are trying to update from Joomla 4 to Joomla 5. During pre-update check, FOF and file_fof40 Update Information are Unavailable. Will these cause issues during update?

We deprecated FOF in 2020 and discontinued it in 2021. We have not used it in our software for the past 4 1/2 years. You should just uninstall it.
