Hi Nicholas

sorry for being a nuisance. I am desperately trying to get my post-processing issue done. Unfortunately, I am not very successful.

1) Using WebDAV to the kDrive Cloud by Infomaniak
See ticket #42470: As we have found out together, there seem to be weird things going on at Infomaniak. I gave up and decided to look for a better way of saving my backups.

2) Using WebDAV to my Synology NAS
See ticket #42475: It works with some of my webhosters, but it does not work with some others. So you recommended FTP or SFTP.

3) Using FTP to my Synology NAS

When I click [Test FTP connection] I get the message «Connection to remote FTP server was established successfully!». But post-processing fails nevertheless. It results in the error message:

Error received from the post-processing engine:
Uploading /home/sites/2a/5/5004ecfce3/public_html/administrator/components/com_akeebabackup/backup/site-rimle.ch-20251128-153344cet-uVjlp2hho0m1ZR20.jpa has failed.
Post-processing interrupted -- no more files will be transferred

By the way: method 3) works with the same webhosters as method 2) works.
And method 3) fails with the same webhosters as method 2) fails.

Part size for split archives is set to 5 MB.

I am afraid that I have been working with the wrong cloud provider as well as with the wrong webhosting provider. What an unlucky person I am!

You have already established that it's not a problem with the software as you've seen it working on other hosts. It's not a configuration issue on your part for the same reason. It's not a problem with your NAS because, well, same reason and I can also tell you from personal experience it works fine anyway. This leaves us with a problem with your host.

I don't know what to tell you. You have some really bad luck :(
