Trying to update Joomla Core to 6.0.3 but stuck in an eternal loop of:
Database Table Structure not Up to Date
Go to 'System - Maintenance - Database' and use the 'Update Structure' button.
However, when I go to the Database Maintenance page, no issues are shown and Akeeba Backup is showing green, no problems. (screenshot attached).
How can I fix this? I can force an update by uploading the Joomla update package, but I feel like something is amiss somewhere. 
This has nothing to do with Akeeba Backup. I believe you are confused simply because you are taking a backup before the update. Disable the System - Backup on Update plugin to disable the backup before the update and you will see that you are getting the same message which comes from Joomla itself.
