Hello, i cant update my Admin Tools and Akeeba Backup. 

i got a failure mesaage :

Copy file failed Package Update: There was an error installing an extension: com_akeebabackup-core.zip   and:   Joomla\Filesystem\File::copy([ROOT]/tmp/install_69eb6b13d0a4b/install_69eb6b144afca/.htaccess, [ROOT]/plugins/console/admintools/.htaccess): Copy failed Package Update: There was an error installing an extension: plg_console_admintools.zip ×Please can you help ??   Thanks   Oliver

This error comes from Joomla, not our code. It says that Joomla can't copy a file that does exist in the package we ship, and Joomla has extracted in a temporary directory (as it always does when installing/updating an extension). The best I can do for you is point you to https://www.akeeba.com/documentation/akeeba-backup-joomla/installation-updates-upgrades.html#installation-troubleshoot and tell you to read “"Unable to write entry" or "Unable to create destination" error” and “File ownership (Previously: Enable FTP)”.

Hello,

thanks for the answer but this cant be the problem.

I updated also Easyblog with over 20 mb without any problems.

So it seams that there is another problem as with have only this problem with both Akeeba products ??

Same problem also with the Akeeba DataCompliance file which is onyl 313 kb
