I get "Checksum verification failed" note when I try to update from version 10.3.3 to version 10.3.4.
Install of downloaded ZIP file of 10.3.4 works fine, but not the update procedere...

I uploaded the ZIP file twice since the first attempt did not build the right ZIP file. Every time I do that, it updates the checksum in the XML update file. It looks like your site picked up the XML update file in the short period of time (about 10 minutes) between the original and the second upload, hence the problem.
Go to System, Update, Extensions and click on Check For Updates. This clears the internal Joomla cache and fetches the update information afresh. Joomla should now see the new update XML file with the correct checksum.

I tried several times (15:04 h MEZ) , incl. deleting CACHE. But still same problem.
Try again now. It looks like the CDN cache was stuck on the older file. I just cleared it and manually confirmed it returns the XML update file with the correct checksum.
