You bought a subscription for Akeeba Backup for Joomla on December 6th, 2025. This was 53.50 Euro (including tax), which is about $62 (USD).

You downloaded the software on 2025-12-06 11:57 EET from IP address 173.212.1.171 which is the exact same IP address you used to subscribe. This constitutes waiving your right of withdrawal from the subscription contract, making you ineligible for a refund, as per our Terms of Service and Directive 2011/83/EU which is the applicable law.

As a result, your request for a refund has been denied.

It just occurred to me that you may be barking up the wrong tree.

If you received an invoice from Paddle bear in mind that they are a Merchant of Record (reseller) company. We are NOT their only client. Hundreds of software development and SaaS companies use them. Not all invoices from Paddle are for our software. Check the invoice to figure out what you bought and where from.
