I restored a site from a .jpa file using Kickstart. There was a message that said, "Suboptimal PHP OPcache settings detected. Your server's PHP OPcache configuration may cause Kickstart to fail with an HTTP 500 error. Please ask your host to apply the following settings in your server's PHP configuration and restart PHP: opcache.revalidate_path=1

I had the most change that value and then successfully restored the site.

Now that the site is up and running, should I have the host change that back to the default value of 0?

I ask because I've had a real challenge to clear cache like I normally would and I suspect it might be due to that setting.

You can very probably change it back.

Beyond that, I will note that you are likely using Akeeba Kickstart 9.0. Please upgrade to Akeeba Kickstart 9.1 which uses a different architecture that does not require this OPcache option. This message does not even exist in Akeeba Kickstart 9.1.

Ah, yes, I was using kickstart v. 9.0.4.

I've downloaded the most recent one now.
