This sounds like something already covered in https://www.akeeba.com/documentation/akeeba-backup-joomla/restoration-troubleshooting.html#prbasicts 

I would start by replacing the .htaccess file's contents with Joomla's default htaccess.txt file.

If that doesn't help, the next thing I would check is the Live Site URL in the Site Setup page ($live_site in configuration.php) and whether your site is maybe using hardcoded http://... URLs while accessing it over HTTPS (mixed content).

Kindly note that if you were not blocking my country on your site I could've taken a look myself.
