Dear Support, since update to Akeeba BAckup V. 10.4.0, Warnings appear, when crating backups:
"PHP WARNING (not an error; you can ignore) on line 127 in file /hp/ct/aa/qr/www/lbitconsult/php/gw2/administrator/components/com_akeebabackup/vendor/akeeba/engine/engine/Util/Logger.php:
unlink(/hp/ct/aa/qr/www/lbitconsult/php/gw2/administrator/components/com_akeebabackup/backup/akeeba.backend.id-20260904-080151-520418.php): No such file or directory

Despite it says "not an error; you can ignore", I think this behaviour is worth providing feedback on. Any recommendations what to do? Kind regards Gerd

As it says, you can ignore it. We try to find log files to delete with either the .log or .log.php extension. These are done with an @ (silence operator) so they do not output warnings when the file doesn't exist; we only expect one of them to exist. The log file also catches these silenced warnings and reports them.

I have already made a change in the engine which performs a file existence check before running the deletion so that no (silenced) warning is generated, and nothing is recorded in the backup log.
