I got this error message in back end" invalid ajax response {An error occured while processing this directive} I backed up the site several times with the bug fix upgrade without an issue. I also got an error in Joomla pack after an attempt there. the only change I made in joomla pack was to exclude Akeeba directory contents and joomlapack backup directory contents.

Is this an error that occurs at the Control Panel on the back end or during a back end backup? If it is during a backup, please zip and post your backup log.

This is a server error, usually caused due to a timeout, or the FastCGI interface freaking out on you. Take a look at these threads:
