Hi,

A site cannot be backed up but silently dies at the end of the backup process.
The last part of the log is here:

Please ZIP and attach the complete log file. We can't understand what is going on by reading just a part of the log. Thank you.

Aha! Another extension which keeps its cache outside the Joomla! cache directory *sigh*

Here's the easy fix: Go to Akeeba Backup's Control panel page and click on the Files and Directories Exclusion page. Click on the gtranslate directory on the left pane. When the panes refresh, click the second and third icon on the left of the "cache" directory. Click on the Back toolbar button and retry backing up. It should work now. If not, please check that you have enough disk space.
