hello, i do anythings what is in the documentation

ia am uing this backup script:
########################

dlb
On the Akeeba Configuration screen, at the bottom, what is the value of the Minimum Execution time? I would expect that to affect both back end and CRON backups, but it seems to be sleeping a long time according to the log.

As the documentation mentions, in order for the CRON job to work you need to call the script with the PHP CLI binary. Please ask your host for the full path to the PHP CLI binary and use it in your CRON job. Since you are using the Professional release you must not use the method you are trying to use right now. Instead use the supplied command-line backup.php file, as you can read in the documentation.

And, please, be more polite in your on-line communication. In the other message you left on this forum you accuse us of being a fake. Despite that, I am still trying to provide support to you. Please reconsider your attitude towards the people who try to help you and consider that you decided to opt for the low priority support, not the immediate response private support ticket system.

TeamViewer? It's not mentioned in our documentation. Which documentation are you reading? Can you post a link to that documentation here?

Still, this bit of documentation doesn't mention anything about TeamView :s Anyway, as I said two posts above, do not - I mean, DO NOT - use this method. Please use the Native CRON Script (backup.php) mentioned in this documentation I also linked before. Have you tried this method? If you do and it doesn't work, please ZIP and attach the log file for the "cron" origin. This will allow me to find out what is the problem.
