I want to setup a DEMO Joomla website.
I want people to be able to play with the tools in the backend.
But I want to restore the website to his original state and the end of the day (once a day)
Can I use Akeeba backup to do such a thing?
If yes, then How?

The answer is yes, with a tool not publicly available yet. We have created a command-line PHP script called UNITE which can automatically restore one or several backup archives. The process can be automated by means of standard CRON jobs. If you are interested in pricing and capabilities, please send me a personal message using the Personal Messages link on the top left module of this page.
