Please, explain me, what's mean 3 supported domains in AKEEBADELUXE plan?

Each month you are not allowed to ask for support regarding issues on more than three sites. This restriction is in place only to avoid having an ISP, host or web agency buy a single subscription and flood our ticket system with support requests for all of its clients. In practice we have never applied this restriction and I don't think it will be applied in the foreseeable future. In fact, we hadn't a client yet who asked for support on more than two sites on the same month. Even that (two sites on the same month) has only happened once so far :)

Support Information

Working hours: We are open Monday to Friday, 9am to 7pm Cyprus timezone (EET / EEST). Support is provided by the same developers writing the software, all of which live in Europe. You can still file tickets outside of our working hours, but we cannot respond to them until we're back at the office.
