when I have lazy plugin enabled, it will keep loading something that I don't know what it is from both backend and frontend, and the loading become a loop that never ends and keep openning new one like this:

link removed.

You should read this first. It explains why this happens. In short, the loading of the hidden IFRAME causes the browser to show it's page loading animation on the tab's header while the backup is running.

I read the doc, and I need to disable sh404sef for the plugin to fix it, right? by the way, will the use of lazy backup slow down my site compared to cron?

the lazy plugin also not running as the time I set, why's that?

Not really, you can have the Lazy Scheduling plugin and sh404SEF enabled at the same time.

The plugin, CRON job or back-end backup all require the same total amount of CPU power. They all perform the same backup process, so there won't be a noticeable slowdown on your site.

Regarding the timing question, here's what's going on. CRON jobs are always executed on the set time by the Operating System as they are triggered by a program running on your server 24/7 in the background. The lazy plugin, however, is only executed on each page load of your site. If you don't have a busy site, it will be triggered during the first page load after its set time. It will also need quite a few pageloads to finish its backup process. This means that a backup which normally takes 1 minute may span between page loads which spread a considerably bigger amount of time, e.g. 1-2 hours. If you want a backup at a predictable time and with a predictable length please use a CRON job instead of the lazy scheduling plugin.
