I am having trouble properly setting up a cron. But I am doing in a roundabout way. I am using a home synology server which has a crontab but I never could get it to work. So I decided to try calling the cron from my bluehost server like such(recommended from bluehost):
/usr/bin/curl http://www.mysite.com/index.php?option=com_akeeba&view=backup&task=step&key=password&profile=1&format=raw > /dev/null 2>&1

It also does not seem to work. I tried it via the browser but it failed I have attached the log file.

The "task=step" has no place in there. Please read our documentation for the proper CRON command to use with cURL.
