I lost account because they paid slow, much anger between us...they are moving to new host...how do I give them a backup for the site, yet not have the backup contain paid subscriptions such as Akkeba Backup Pro and Admin Pro?

It's easy, actually. Go to Akeeba Backup's main page and click on the "Extension Filter".

Click on the Components item below the toolbar. Click on the following items so that a red circle with a white X appears next to them:
- COM_AKEEBA
- COM_ADMINTOOLS

Click on the Modules item below the toolbar. Click on the following items so that a red circle with a white X appears next to them:
- Akeeba Backup Notification Module
- Admin Tools Joomla! Upgrade Notification

Click on the Plugins item below the toolbar. Click on the following items so that a red circle with a white X appears next to them:
- Akeeba Backup Lazy Scheduling
- System - Admin Tools

Take a new backup. The extensions you marked for exclusion above will not be installed on the restored site.
