is it possible to have password protect for archive restore so that people can not restore the archive if they don't know the password?

Yes, of course it is! Just set the Archiver Engine to "Encrypted Archives (JPS format)". Take a look at its documentation page. It encrypts the contents of the backup archive using a password you provide either in the Configuration page or -if left empty- every time you take a backup. Extracting the archive requires you to supply the password in order to decrypt the contents of the archive.
