PHP version: (5)
MySQL version: 5.0.90

Akeeba Backup Professional version: (3.2.7)

right now I don't have access to my site, i'm working with ose exellence on some anti hacker/anit virus and they did something to it and now I can't get in. I checked the ftp but I couldn't find a log. i'm not sure if it would matter since it's not a backup error but a kickstart error

EXTREMELY IMPORTANT: Please attach your Akeeba Backup log file in order for us to help you with any backup or restoration issue.

Description of my issue:

once I goto www.mysite.com/kickstart.php I see what's listed below and i'm just curious on what is it since I never tampared with the kickstart.php file. I checked the code and it looks good.

I did run this in other browsers that's listed below, same results.

Which exact version of PHP 5 are you running on your server? Akeeba Backup and kickstart have a requirement for 5.1.3 or greater, but 5.2.1 or greater is highly advised. You only listed PHP 5 in your site information.

Did the kickstart continue running or did it fail at this point? If it failed, were there any other errors besides this error? From what you have said, it seems as if it stopped with a fatal error, but please clarify if that is the case.

I didn't fail, it completed. I can't tell if it worked since i'm still working with OSE Excellence to restore my site, they add something on it and not even my backup nor my hosting company backup can restore whatever they did. so i'm waiting for them to email me.

php is 5.1.6

OSE modifies the way Joomla! works in a substantial manner, by modifying core Joomla! files. Moreover, they force parts of their code to be loaded with every PHP file executing on your server. Since they are doing such substantial circumvention on the way your server works with PHP we can not support you at all. You have to ask OSE to provide you with a fix to these problems which are caused by their code, sorry.
