Problems with Back up Akeeba

Some time ago I had installed the tool time Akeeba Back up X version, after that came a new version of the updating and when there was a mistake and then just do not update.

Time after the component had Akeeba alquerer Back up but just to backup the program was not working and is completely static.

Alos few days when I wanted to uninstall it and install it again just so I could not and has been every time I try.

A few days ago I was reviewing all extensions I have installed and from there I noticed that I have installed the plugin Akeeba Lazy Scheduling Backup.

Now ask what relation does this plugin with the component Akeeba back up?

They believe that having installed this plugin Akeeba Lazy Backup Scheduling is what is preventing me to reinstall the component Akeeba Backup?

The Lazy Scheduling plugin was included with Akeeba Backup 3.1.x and 3.2.x. It was used to schedule your backups based on site traffic. Unfortunately, it never worked properly due to conflicts with how shared server works and it was removed from Akeeba Backup 3.3.x. If you had it installed and activated, it would cause some Akeeba Backup files to be in use while trying to update the component, leading to update failure. Uninstalling it was the correct move.
