Hi Nicholas, I have paid for support a few minutes ago but it is not yet showing.

I need to give you login details to my site. The ftp is not working no matter what so I cannot transfer a site to the new domain.

It is shared hosting. i have read everything and had the hosting company sort out the unwritable files, however the kickstart install never moves over to setting up the database.

I am really stuck.

You support subscription is on (see below your name, the FORUMACCESS label means that you have an active subscription of that name, hence your ability to post here).

Please send me Personal Message explaining exactly what the problem is (if you let me guess, I can guarantee I will not be of assistance) and give me the following information:
- URL of the new site
- FTP hostname, username, password
- Database hostname, username, password, database name
- Hosting Control Panel access, in case I have to change anything in your database setup
- Have the backup archive already uploaded to your site's root
- A link back to this thread, otherwise I won't know why you're contacting me.
