No. PHP 4 was declared end-of-life on August 8th, more than three years ago. Moreover, versions 5.0, 5.1 and 5.2 of PHP are also end-of-life. This means they are not actively developed and suffesr for major security issues that will not be fixed. If you still have a site on PHP 4, please move it immediately on a PHP 5.3 host, or you're risking your site getting hacked.
