Description of my issue:

Hi, the one click upgrade link in the email seems not to work when running admin tools pro, it sends you back to the homepage. I take it because I have the option of adding a secret word onto the admin url - the link in the email doesn't contain this.

Or is it me?

Cheers,

Dave

That's correct. When you have a secret URL Parameter in Admin Tools Pro or any other solution with a similar feature, that link won't work.

thanks for confirming it wasn't me. Strange that I thought it worked previously - weird.

I take it there is also no way round this either in that you don't want to add it into the link in order to keep it truely secret?

Cheers again for the quick reply,

Dave

I wouldn't want to add the secret word to that URL. The idea in one-time password (like the one sent out in this email) is that if the information in the URL is used once, it's not valid any more. Adding the back-end secret key to the URL violates this principle.
