EXTREMELY IMPORTANT: Please attach a ZIP file containing your Akeeba Backup log file in order for us to help you with any backup or restoration issue. If the file is over 2Mb, please upload it on your server and post a link to it.

Description of my issue:

Backup keeps failing.
The log looks good for a long time but then after removing temporary files these messages appear:
Kettenrad :: Attempting to load from database (backend)
Stored Akeeba Factory (backend) not found - hard reset

Thanks in advance,
Jeroen

Please ZIP and attach your entire log file. Without the entire log file I have no idea what's going on. Just to give you a clue, these messages are normal and expected after the end of a successful backup. Without the complete log file, I can not help you, sorry.

@biogpoo Please open a new thread. I can not help multiple people with unrelated issues on the same thread. Help me help you.

@baroen Please go to Akeeba Backup's Configuration page and find the Data Processing Engine drop down. Click the Configure button next to it. A new pane opens below. Uncheck the Process each part immediately option.

If this still doesn't help, still in Akeeba Backup's Configuration page, find the Archiver Engine drop-down and click on the Configure button next to it. A new pane opens below. Find the Part size for split archives option and try lowering it a little. Try a value which is about three quarters of your current one.

If this still fails, still in Akeeba Backup's Configuration page, go to the top and look for the the "Use database storage for temporary data" option and check it.

If all else fails, ZIP and attach the new log file so that I can help you.
