Hi,

i have added 3 files. logfile + source and target .htaccess

is something going wrong?

There are two possibilities:
- Your server doesn't allow transferring dot-files (files whose name starts with a dot), like .htaccess
- A .htaccess file already exists on the target site and its permissions do not allow it to be overwritten by FTP
