Akeeba Backup version which took the backup: 3.3.1
Kickstart version used to extract the backup: 3.3.2 and 3.3.1
Description of my issue:
Get the files extracted and database restore goes as far as 90% before reporting back with an error that includes the following line:
MySQL: MySQL query failed with error 1062 (Duplicate entry '109508' for key 'PRIMARY'

Instead of deleting I thought I'd post my fix in case it helps others with this issue as it was hard to find...

When you reach the database restore section where you input your database information, scroll down to the bottom and choose the option to REPLACE instead of INSERT!

Despite my looking through the FAQ and documents I completely failed to see this, so think it wouldn't hurt to have this solution posted here :)

This is actually already documented:
Use REPLACE instead of INSERT may be required if you keep getting MySQL errors about rows already existing in your tables.

Also note that Akeeba Backup 3.3.1 is a very old release with known issues. Please upgrade to 3.3.13.
