Description of my issue:

I have jpa file and i loaded for restoration and ok, but when i try the redotarion script iget Invalid header in archive file, part 0, offset 27 .
I tried on other intalation and same error and tri extact wizard and i get an error invalid archive format

This sounds like a bad download. Please try re-downloading the backup archive using FTP in Binary transfer mode as detailed in our User's Guide, our Quick Start Guide and our third video tutorial. If this doesn't work please specify all the mandatory information you forgot to fill in when submitting the ticket so that I have enough context to help you.
