Your host has an invalid certificate authority cache file path set up on the server. There is a workaround. Go to http://curl.haxx.se/ca/cacert.pem and save the page as a file called cacert.pem. Upload that file alongside kickstart.php on your site. Kickstart should now pick up this file instead of the invalid file your host specifies and eliminate this error.
