Joomla! version:2.5.11
PHP version: (unknown)
MySQL version: (unknown)
Host: (optional, but it helps us help you)Apache
Akeeba Backup version which took the backup: (unknown)3.7.10 pro
Kickstart version used to extract the backup: (unknown)3.7.0 pro

Description of my issue:
I upgraded from kickstart core to pro to use amazon storage. I am tryng to test the archive stored in amazon on a test server, using the same procedure I used with the core version. I uploaded kickstart.php and the french .ini files in an empty root. Kickstart opens, but when I click on the blue "import from amazon" button, nothing happens.

I have a warning above kickstart window:
Warning: is_file() [function.is-file]: open_basedir restriction in effect. File(..) is not within the allowed path(s): (/var/www/caiztest.fr/htdocs/:/var/www/caiztest.fr/phptmp/:/var/www/caiztest.fr/exec_dir/:/var/www/caiztest.fr/php-session/:/htdocs:/phptmp:/exec_dir:/php-session:/usr/share/php) in /htdocs/kickstart.php on line 101

thanks for your help.

Make sure that you have uploaded the two Javascript files together with kickstart.php. If that doesn't work please ask your host about how you can set PHP error reporting to none before running Kickstart.

Hi,
Sorry, I had not uploaded the javascript files.
now the pop up opens. After entering my access keys and pushing the "connectg" button i get an SSL error ( and the list of buckets does not open ) :
S3::listBuckets(): [60] SSL certificate problem, verify that the CA cert is OK. Details: error:14090086:SSL routines:SSL3_GET_SERVER_CERTIFICATE:certificate verify failed

I generated a new set of keys, but got the same error. Should I have a certificate in addition to the two access keys ? Uploading the archive with thes keys worked fine and the archive files are in the bucket...

You will need to also upload the cacert.pem shipped with Kickstart. OK, let's make it easier. Instead of having me tell you to upload this and that file please upload all files shipped with Kickstart. It's the easiest way I guess.
