Mandatory information about my setup:

Joomla! version: 3.0
PHP version: 5.4.15
MySQL version: 5.5.32
Host: localhost XAMPP 1.8.2
Akeeba Backup version which took the backup: Current version as May 05, 2013.
Kickstart version used to extract the backup: Pro 3.7.0

Description of my issue:
Could not open C:/xampp/htdocs/administrator/.halogensys.com:80/index.php for writing.
I receive this error during Kickstart extraction.
I added "Everyone" as a user for the htdocs folder with full permission but still receive this error.

You have a file with an invalid character (the colon : is an invalid character on Windows). You can extract the backup archive using Akeeba eXtract Wizard, making sure that the "Ignore most erros" option is checked.
