Hello,

After downloading the “2J Carousel plugin and 2J Toolbox in Joomla 2.5.14 in my Extension Manager, it said, “Upload completely successful." But it has another error message: “'JPath::clean$path is not string.' Return to Control Panel."
According to the 2J Team Support, "From your screenshot (which I am attaching here) i can see that this link forwarded to the com_akeeba component, so maybe this error related with some kind
of permissions /path settings of this component ? Maybe it's control some how installation process of another components...
please check. "
What do you think? Can you help fix this?
Please let me know.
Thanks.

Akeeba Staff
Hello Joseph,

as far as I can understand, you're having this problem while using Akeeba System Restore points, right?
Just to know if the error comes from Akeeba or the plugin, please click on the link Back to standard installer; in this way you'll cut off Akeeba Backup.

Please try to install it again and let me know if it works or not.
Maybe you're having troubles because you're using a url with a tilde.
