Description of my issue:
Hi Nicholas,
I have just restored an existing site, it is upto date and works locally on wamp server fine, however when i restore the site to its original dir on the server, i cannot access Akeeba backup or Admin Tools or the extension manager, i had restored the site with an earlier backup, which did not have the backup and admin pro upgrades and it worked fine.
With error reporting set to developer i get this ---
Fatal error: Call to a member function getCmd() on a non-object in /hsphere/local/home/jenny/ on line 70

The site is working backend and front okay, just those components.
