I backed up using the latest version of AB to port to another server. I did this before several weeks ago as a test, which worked fine, so I know there is no issue with the server itself.

I ran kickstart against the backup and then it got about 90% of the way through the extract and stopped saying the backup is corrupt, truncated etc.

So I ran another backup and loaded that.

This time, for about 5 or more goes, kickstart runs, executes really quickly in the blink of an eye, but the next "run the installer" step returns a server 404. There are no extracted files on the server.

Extract file is about 245Mb.

Can you please help or advise?

Thanks

David

Update:

I have just tried to extract the file using the extract Wizard.

I have got an error which says that the archive appears truncated and advising me to download using FTP in binary transfer mode.

However, that is exactly how I did download the file.

Edit update: ran it twice more and was successful on both occasion.

Will try manual upload of files by FTP.
