Hi Dear,
My name is Thong Doan, I have a Joomla website: www.seatech.bc.ca
I bought AkeebaBackup Pro and have used it almost 10 months. After trying to update it to the new version com_akeeba-3.11.2-pro I got this error in the Joomla BackEnd:

Can't create/write to file '/localservices/tmpfs/#sql_3ce2_0.MYI' (Errcode: 2) SQL=SHOW FULL COLUMNS FROM `jos_users`

I removed the all the files got stuck in the /TMP FOLDER (with FTP) but it doesn't help.
I like to get your professional sugesstion. While I cann't work in the Joomla BackEnd how can I do a Restore Point? In case I don't use a online backup storage service (like Cloud) should the kickstart-pro-3.8.1 do the best restoration to the previous point?

Here is the sreen shot of my Joomla BackEnd.

Are you not able to use the entire back end or just Akeeba Backup?

If you can access the Joomla! Extension Manager, please download the Akeeba Backup package and try to install it from there. The important difference between install and update is that the update requires the Download ID to be entered. That may be what caused the problem. Our Download IDs changed again recently. When you download the package, you don't need the Download ID.

Yes, I am not able to use the entire back end. All I have is you can see in my attached printscreen image.

Your print screen did not come through. If the image is too large to upload here, you can put it in a public Dropbox or on your site and post a link to it.

My website is back to normal by itself.
I guess my host was doing something in their servers.
Thanks for your quick response Dale.

I am glad it is working! If you need any more help, please let us know.
