 Hello Akeeba,

I am not sure this is your issue but before I start using all the tool to backup and fix I wanted to ask if you have seen this error before.

On login to the admin backend I see the following two lines at the top of the web_login:

Warning: session_start() [function.session-start]: Cannot send session cookie - headers already sent by (output started at /home/fssbr843/public_html/configuration.php:1) in /home/fssbr843/public_html/libraries/joomla/session/session.php on line 462

Warning: session_start() [function.session-start]: Cannot send session cache limiter - headers already sent (output started at /home/fssbr843/public_html/configuration.php:1) in /home/fssbr843/public_html/libraries/joomla/session/session.php on line 462

I am sure it is not anything to do with Akeeba but maybe in your history of working with Joomla you can point me in a direction to solve.

thanks in advance
Keith

Keith,

These are warnings about the session cookies. This is not a fatal condition. You can make the messages go away by changing the Error Reporting setting in Joomla!'s Global Settings to "none". This should always be the setting on a live site because you don't want any error messages shown to visitors (or hackers).
