 i have backed up and tried to restore a upgraded 3.3.6 site. I can see the front-end without any problem but cannot access the admin.

no cache enabled

backup config run before backup

no htacess
admintools disabled

i have tried this twice but cannot make it work.

this looked a bit weird (config file) but i am not sure if it is a problem:

public $memcached_persist = '1';
public $memcached_compress = '0';
public $memcached_server_host = 'localhost';
public $memcached_server_port = '11211';
public $proxy_enable = '0';
public $proxy_host = '';
public $proxy_port = '';
public $proxy_user = '';
public $proxy_pass = '';
public $session_memcache_server_host = 'localhost';
public $session_memcache_server_port = '11211';
public $session_memcached_server_host = 'localhost';
public $session_memcached_server_port = '11211';
